Features You Want, at a Price You Need

Your organization may be one of many organizations that find themselves in a performance-versus-budget quandary. You need high-speed, reliable communications to support your current and future applications, but are restricted by budgetary limitations. The PTP 200 Series Solutions from Motorola are designed to provide you with a good alternative to resolve this dilemma. The PTP 230 and PTP 250 radios allow enterprises, government organizations, and service providers with limited resources, to affordably establish and extend backhaul communications.

Designed to securely transport data, voice, and video in near-line-of-sight (nLOS) and line-of-sight (LOS) environments, the new PTP 230 and PTP 250 systems offer affordable, accelerated throughput at a time when operators are challenged with increasing bandwidth capacities to support additional applications, subscribers and users.

The PTP 230 solutions offer the user a very economical option to supply wireless broadband communications over long distances. With a PTP 58230 system, you can extend your coverage up to 18 miles (29 kilometers) when configured with a passive LENS or up to 80 miles (128.7 kilometers) with a reflector. In addition, these radios are excellent choices when you need to deploy multiple radios on a tower or rooftop. Because PTP 58230 operating in the 5.8 GHz frequency systems can synchronize communications using a GPS timing device, you can collocate radios while virtually eliminating self-interference.

The Motorola PTP 250 solutions are dual-band radios operating in the 5.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies. A simple configuration change is all that is needed to change frequencies. With MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output), up to 220 Mbps, and an extremely attractive price point, you can supply the high-throughput needed to support your ever-increasing volume of multimedia information. Industry-leading performance and diagnostic tools help you to install and optimize the radios for peak performance. PTP 250 systems are available in both integrated and connectorized versions to give you even more flexibility.

PTP 800 Carrier-Grade Licensed Wireless Ethernet Bridge

Motorola has developed a new product line that will fill the gap created by spectrum overcrowding and interference by today's unlicensed frequencies. Operating in the 11, 18, and 23 GHz licensed bands, Motorola's PTP800 provides a simple and scalable solution. Designed as a split-mount architecture, Motorola PTP 800 Series Ethernet bridges offer a "Pay as you Grow" scalable bandwidth upgrades that augment a users Ethernet capacity from 10 Mbps up to 364 Mbp (full duplex). In addition, the PTP 800 bridge provides a cost-effective, high performance, ultra-reliable connectivity for virtually any type of network.

Point-to-Point 600 Series

PTP 25600 (5 MHz) 45 Mbps Backhaul Link

Motorola's PTP 25600 models can deliver 99.995% availability in non-line-of-site environments, across long-distance line-of-site paths, over water or open terrain, even through extreme weather conditions. These capabilities allow you to connect in the 2.5 GHz band and deliver the bandwidth, security and reliability that today's environments require. These high performance Ethernet Bridges offer more range, more capacity, and more ways to use the licensed spectrum. Providing the scalability to upgrade to 10, 15, and 30 MHz Channels in the 2.5 GHz bands, the PTP 25600 Series delivers an aggregate Ethernet data rate of up to 300 Mbps along with providing 2 x T1 data ports.

PTP 54600
5.470 - 5.725 GHz Full 5.4 GHz NLoS/LoS Ethernet Bridge

Motorola PTP 5.4 GHz 600 Series solutions bring together the speed and reliability of licensed wireless with the flexibility of the unlicensed space. With aggregate throughput up to 300 Mbps on a 30 MHz channel, PTP 600 Series solutions deliver 300% greater spectral efficiency over it nearest competitor.

PTP 58600
5.725 - 5.850 GHz Lite150 Mbps Backhaul Link

PTP 58600 backhul link high performance Ethernet Bridges offer more range, more capacity, and more ways to use the unlicensed spectrum. Utilizing only 30 MHz of the 5.8 band, the PTP600 Series delivers an aggregate Ethernet data rate of up to 300 Mbps making these radios 300% more sprectrum-effecient than competitive products. When interferance is encountered, it automatically applies frequency selection and adaptive modulation to mitigate the effects.

PTP 49600
4.9 GHz Point-to-Point Solutions for Public Safety

Operating in the 4.9 GHz band at data rates up to 125 Mbps, Motorola’s PTP 49600 Point-to-Point Wireless Ethernet Bridges provide public safety officials with high-throughput, super-reliable connectivity for voice, video and data communications. The systems deliver up to 99.999% availability, even in non-line-of-sight environments, across long distances, over open terrain or water, and through extreme weather conditions.

Point-to-Point 500 Series

The Motorola Fixed Point to Point Wireless Ethernet Bridgesbring together the speed and reliability of licensed wireless with the flexibility of the unlicensed space. Choose the Motorola PTP 500 Seriesto deliver high-speed, robust wireless backhaul. Connect buildings in a campus setting, extend video surveillance beyond the wired infrastructure and much more.
